✦ cancellations are not allowed, 50% of the total amount to be paid will be required if eager to cancel.
✦ joy reservers / bogus buyers will be blocked to avoid future transactions.
✦ in case you received the item with damage, i will be asking for an unboxing video before refunding if it's proven that i'm the one at fault. strictly no video, no refund.
✦ I would not be liable to refund any lost parcel in transit. no refund in any amount would be given (both for kr-kr, cn-cn, th-th or local shipment)
✦ i would not be held liable for item defects undisclosed by the seller, no refund or any compensation will be given.
✦ should there be sudden customs inspection for the shipped box, tax to be paid shall be divided amongst buyers equally.
✦ for late payments, 50PHP per day will be added to the total amount to be paid.
✦ I will only be holding your paid items up until two months after arrival to ph. failure to provide me shipping details / check out will result to order cancellation and item will automatically be discarded, no refunds will be issued.
